Still sticking with it. Worked out with kettle bells last night. Legs hurt. Think I will try to do that every other day.

Breakfast eggs w/spinach and a chicken sausage apple
snack almonds beef jerkie
lunch turkey meat balls squash mushrooms
protien shake
green shake
dinner tillapia greensw/tomatoes.
