Ate very well…More calories but all good calories not a single bad choice. Went for a strong run and gym work. My weight is slightly up simply because I had more calories. All good …outstanding work. Today is off to a grey start 90 Minutes of tennis followed by 90 minutes of tough squash. Nice to be 55 and beat a 27 and 29 year old at squash…Hooooooo Haaaaaa
87.1 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week

Yes! I love that! I am pushing 60 and can lift heavier weights than the young women next to me at the gym!
