Man I have been struggling to get back into the swing of things. I don't know what my problem is, I lose motivation too easily and my will power is ridiculous. I just need to do it and stop being lazy! I want to lose the weight and love my body but apparently I don't want to lose it bad enough if I can't keep myself on track and do what I need to do. We'll see how it goes this weekend. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

I know what you mean about motivation...I am either completely on or off. Luckily I have stayed "on" for the past few months by keeping track of everything through my blog. It keeps me in check and has worked out really good. Looking at your food intake looks like you have 3 bigger meals a day? I'm wondering if switching to 5-6 smaller meals would help? Also eating healthier options might leave you fuller for longer periods of time. I eat pretty much every 2 hours. I've recently increased my calorie intake but even when I was doing 1500-1700 I was eating 5-6 times a day.

I'm glad you're having such success! I'm the same way if I'm on I'm good but once I mess up I get discouraged and just keep eating bad it's a horrible habit of mine. Ya I tend to eat 3 meals a day and maybe a snack here and there. Dinner is usually when I eat the most I can't seem to get away from that habit I feel like that's the best meal of the day so I tend to eat more of it. Thanks for the advice I'll have to try that and see how it works for me!

Yeah i've moved away from bigger dinners. Dinner is actually one of my smallest meals now...unless i'm eating with the family on Sundays. Just keep plugging away and don't give up. You can do it!
