There are so many apps! I've been having fun playing with Wii Fit Plus, and I think it will be very useful in keeping exercise interesting. Sunday, I just popped in my usual aerobics video (Cynthia Kereluk's Lean Body Workout) and then did a yoga DVD. Yesterday, I did my upper body and ab strength training with a shape DVD, did about 15 minutes of aerobics to start exploring the Wii Fit Plus, and did some yoga on the Wii before bed. Today, I've done half an hour of aerobics with the Wii Fit Plus. I'm tracking my food and exercise in FatSecret's Calorie Counter app, but I'm also using Noom, a new app that combines the CardioTrainer and Calorific apps to help with weight loss. CardioTrainer Pro was the Amazon Android Market free app of the day on Sunday, so I've been having fun playing with these apps by worksmartlabs. I feel so tech-savvy about getting in shape. lol.
