Needless to say I messed up this weekend as far as dieting goes. I don't think I did horribly bad, through the whole weekend I never felt like I over ate. Normally when I do I can tell because I feel lazy and heavier/bloated and my stomach also hurts but I didn't get any of that maybe it was because we were running around all weekend. Anyway I'm back on track again I gained 1.5 pounds back but I think part of that is because it's the time of the month and I always gain weight around now so we will see how it goes. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and holiday!

I'm sure you'll lose that weekend gain in no time! It sounds like you didn't overindulge too much, and if it's that TOM - I'm sure you're carrying some water weight! Good luck this coming week! :)
