Yippee, even though there was company in from out of town, big family dinners and wine on the table, I'm still losing:)) More inches than weight though, and that's ok. Back to the FF "bible" yesterday. It's been a month, and my suit jackets are getting much too loose to wear comfortably... when to go shopping? lol!
Finding that cooking and chopping on the weekend is really the answer to the busy week ahead. Also substituting when the rest of the clan has spaghetti (sauce made to P1 standards) for eg...I cook up a steak and have some FF sauce on top...and my step daughter says, hey, how come you rate a steak! Hope she joins me on this plan soon:)) All the best for the week, m;)
