Day 1
Felt pretty good until the afternoon. Ate 3/4 of a jicama--so tasty. Then I pooled saliva all over the mac n cheese and soy chicken for my son. I licked the spoon and felt guilty. Now I have to get in the habit of going to bed early. I stayed up to watch Peyton Manning and Carrie Underwood last night and had less than 7 hours sleep. However, I'm not getting to my rebounder until around 9:30pm. Wondering if this is too late.

Welcome back to the FF plan... I did this plan about two years ago as well and it was the best that I felt in years. I am a 33 year old married mother of a 4 year old son and I work full time. Some of the things that I find helpful on this plan are to prepare my veggies on the weekend so that they are ready for the week. I chop my cucumbers, peppers, celery, lettuce, and onions to make snacks and dinners a lot easier during the week. I also make sure to cook at least chicken breast at a time so that they are ready for my next meal or snack. The smoothies are great and really help me to get through the day. My typical menu looks like this. 6:30 Cran Cocktail 7:00 Cran Water on the way to work 9:00 Warm Lemon Water 9:00 Two eggs either hard boiled or scrambled 10:30 Apple or Strawberries 12:30 Lunch - Taco Salad/Tuna Salad/Chicken etc... Flax Oil added 3:00 Smoothie with Flax Oil 5:00 Some kind of veggie for the drive home with cran water 6:30 Dinner Stir Fry/Taco Salad/Salmon/Shrimp etc... More cran water...
