I am 35, married with two sons, 3 years and 9 months. I'm ready to target the hardest 10 pounds for me to lose. I was 132 at my wedding 5 years ago and looked great. I would like to be 135 ish active and eating more vegetables. I did fat flush years ago and it was a great motivator/jump starter. It is much harder now with kids and snacks, not being at work and very easy access to the sugary and salty foods in my cabinets.
