OMG! I feel good!
I hit the Y and started off with 30 min of swimming. Then I went to the library and rented 2 workout DVDs to start my challenge tonight (Shed the fat in 30 DAYS with Jillian Michaels). I know it's not a extreme workout, but it's only the begining, until I get used to exercises. Cause until yesterday I was a couch potato! This is my 2nd day and I feel like changing old habits step by step.
