OMG! I feel good!

I hit the Y and started off with 30 min of swimming. Then I went to the library and rented 2 workout DVDs to start my challenge tonight (Shed the fat in 30 DAYS with Jillian Michaels).
I know it's not a extreme workout, but it's only the begining, until I get used to exercises. Cause until yesterday I was a couch potato!
This is my 2nd day and I feel like changing old habits step by step.

I've been doing the 30 day shred too. It is hardcore for me at least it kicks my butt for sure! Great job today keep up the good work!
