I did bad tonight! I was doing fine and then we went over my boyfriend's mother's house for dinner. As you can tell from my food diary I failed. I still burned more calories than I ate but I'm disappointed in myself for going over my RDI. Well tomorrow is another day I guess I'll just try harder next time. Hope everyone has a good night!

Allie's right , You know what to do, I just try and make my eat well days out number my not so good days, it happens .Kick some ASS this week..But enjoy yourself too. BTW Ashley you got a big beautiful SMILE use it often....
