I'm proud of myself today! I didn't feel like exercising but I pushed myself to do it anyway. I did the 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels. I've done this workout DVD before but it's been a while and it kicked my butt. Once you've done the exercise for about 5 days it starts to get easier, so I think I might stick to this for a little while or go back and forth between the DVD and the treadmill. After today I feel like I'll get a better workout and more results with the DVD. I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. Now that I'm getting in the habit of exercising again I just need to really push myself to stay under my RDI everyday and hopefully I'll see some good results on Monday! I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend!
