Worked in the yard all afternoon yesterday, my body is really feeling it today. I think I'm down to 160 today but I'm not recording my weight until I get back to where I was, keeps me determined.
I tell you what though, the kids and I all had some of the Weight Watchers Ice Cream cups last night and they were yum yummy. I had the brownie and chocolate, OMG, it was such a delicious treat at the end of the day.
Here's to another day of eating Healthy!!!!
