halo semuanyaa!! bb awal ku 86kg skrg diangka 66-67kg, diet nya 8bulan ini, aku gak defkal ya, aku pake intermittenfasting, dan olahraga nya aku kadang WorkOut Chloeting, Pamela Reif di youtube, 3-4 kali perminggu, semoga membantu yaa😬👍🏻
