Just got back from my check in lost 35 lbs in 6 weeks and even better gained 9 pound of muscle in that same time.. I guess it was worth all the pain. the first 3 weeks of body beast the build phase were murder the bulk phase is just as hard but workout times are shorter.And as the weight comes off the walking distances are a lot easier.
