I didn’t track my food for a couple of weeks and have been doing low carb. Many days I went way over 2000 calories but did try to balance with just one meal and one snack the following day. Though not tracking, I was always conscious. This journey is SO hard!
109.1 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 29.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
