Thank goodness there is a step class tonight... Gonna burn it off and go one step higher tonight...

Looks like you're losing so must be doing something right! :) Good job! I've heard it's actually better to have most of your calories in the first half of the day. And it doesn't kill you to have something you like once in a while and it looks like you're totally compensating. I need to follow your lead! Have a good day
