Alright, so I know that I'm not following my plan PERFECTLY... pretzels after 1am is a no-no on 2/3 counts. BUT, I am very pleased with how well I've been doing. No candy that's not 85% chocolate, reduction in grain intake (b/c I really was overdoing it with that 6oz. bagel, even if it was whole-wheat...) I have no idea how much I weigh, but for once I don't even care that much, b/c I know I'm eating relatively healthfully, and -- to quote the Beatles -- I feel fine...
