Well that's me back from climbing Ben Nevis safe and sound. It was amazing!
Post Ben Nevis weigh-in 165lb! Lets see if I can hold that for Friday weigh-in. I weigh myself when ever I feel like it...I don't get all regimented, just the Friday weigh-in for FS.
