Looks great! Love the mushrooms, I love everything with mushrooms. One thought. I used to use tinfoil for all my cooking so clean up would be faster. I just started using parchment paper because I've heard that the tin foil leaches into our food, not sure if it is true, and not sure if parchment is bad too hahaha.

Thank you all! Soaking the mushrooms in 1/4th cup balsamic, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, and garlic for 20 min before broiling them - is my new fave thing 😁
