Rough week and my food diary is definitely inaccurate. So I’m glad I am at least in a routine of eating healthy. Only hit the gym once this week.
It’s hard as a single full-time parent fitting workouts in. I wish running the kids everywhere counted as burning calories lol.
At least cutting back on alcohol and eating healthy is keeping me on the up and up
