saran menu sarapan dong guysss mulai bosen makan granola-susu dan kayaknya jerawatan juga minum susu tiap hari 😞😞

overnight oatmeal kak. oat biru + vsoy /air+ bubuk coklat + chia seed + yogurt + buah/kacang2an

aku dulu kalo sarapan pake roti gandum+selai kacang + vsoy, salad sayur + dada ayam dipanggang teflon, bikin chawan mushi diisi bayam&ayam, bubur oat (oat+kaldu ayam/fiber cream+abon), oat goreng (gantinya nasi goreng), pancake oat (oat+telur+pisang/oat+apel blender+telur+kayu manis)
