Well, I exercised like crazy the past two days-and my scale has not moved!!!...what is going on-my "friend" has left, but I'm still bloated-I know I am because I drank a "ton" of water in the last two days, and I haven't been letting it out..I was sweating yesterday playing football with my niece and nephew-but I will continue to drink lots of water and exercise...I don't know what's happening here...I did a two mile walk yesterday, sprinted on the beach with my nephew, and then played quarterback football, and my legs felt it last night, too....I'm going to do some upper body weight lifting and abs today-and maybe another two mile walk....I walk the park-it is nice...nice scenery...the weather is nice today in Jersey...

P.S. I know working out like crazy a couple of days doesn't make the scale move-but I have been following my weight watchers too...I had a couple of drinks Friday night-and ate before I went to the party so I wasn't tempted to eat the good food they had...I had a couple of handfuls of chex mix...IDK
