Not a huge fan if the daily up and down on the scale. Up to now I have been incorporating a cheat day into my week. Always results in an immediate weight gain of 1 or 2 pounds that it takes a couple days to shred. Intellectually I know that will be the result, and that it will drop off, but am still getting increasingly anxious when I see it on the scale!
