Ate at White Castle late tonight because hubby wanted to, but totally didn't need to eat anything. I wasn't hungry before and now I'm overly full, plus I feel like I ate like 500 calories I didn't need to...Bleh. I need to learn that just because someone around me is eating (especially *him*) does not mean I need to be eating, especially if I am not hungry. Still haven't gotten the hang of this 8+ glasses of water a day thing, and I'm hopelessly addicted to standing on my scale. In positive news, I'm looking into taking a pole dancing class for some awesome aerobic exercise and motivation to get out of the apartment and to get into shape.

That's funny! My husband went to White Castle for lunch while he was out and called and asked if I wanted anything. I said no and was very proud of myself. But he brough it home and I ended up eating one little hamburger, which isn't bad (and a few of his ff's. So I still consider it a victory. It's not easy saying no, but you can learn to do it.
