kalau bisa Kopinya jangan yg sachetan kak, ganti aja dg kopi murni tapi difilter dg kertas kopi (Metode V60) lebih sehat, tanpa gula, rasa lebih ringan.

@brontosaurusman12 hehe iya kak, biasanya ak minum nescafe kopi hitam tanpa gula kok. untuk yg kopi susu kalo ga diety torabika (gula 1gr), luwak less sugar (gula 5gr). jadi msh aman2 aja hehe salam sehat :)

@syifaahidayatputri kalo yg atas cuma nasi merah, telur grg minim minyak kasi garam lada, sm beef luncheon pakein mayo sm sambel dikit. kalo yg bawah cuma whole wheat pasta, tahu terus pake saus bolognese merk la fonte :)
