Hello everybody, I have been a member of the online ww for two weeks so far!! The first week I lost 2.6 lbs., but this week I gained almsot 0.5 lbs and I don't know why...I know I haven't worked out a lot this week, and we did have the holiday dinner, but I planned for that and did not over do it-and didn't use all of my points so I don't understand?? I'm wondering if it is because my "friend" is here and I am bloated??.....ohh well, there is always next week...

Just remember to eat all of your points for the day....and yes, say thank you to Mother Nature. I don't know about you, but I always have a small weight gain just before, and I also am really, really hungry. Oh well, just a couple of days and things are back to normal. Love being a girl!!!
