I'm now 10lbs below my goal weight..so..I lowered my goal (or raised depending on pov). it just made sense...I mean the works not done. yeah my clothes fit great...energy...great...workouts great...still...I look at my workouts and strive to push...Also started getting a massage at least once a month. I'm satisfied with my progress, I just don't want/need to become complacent. This is a two year committee and I'm only 3 or 4 months in...still loving the recipie ideas posted by the FS family...onward !
