Well, holidays are always kind of a hitch when you're trying to watch what you eat... Looking at my calorie count, it was a lot higher than I've been averaging lately, but I did walk to the park with the family and walk the trails. Almost as much dessert as regular food, avoided some of it, tried small portions of others, and when the food wasn't appealing to me anymore, threw the rest away. I was a little shocked at how high my calorie count was for the today, mostly because I didn't feel like I ever "over-ate" - I never stuffed myself, and I avoided soda for most of the day. But, I did sort of graze for the entire day, even once I got home. Whenever hubby would get leftovers from the fridge, I would have a little something too. So, sort of a meh day all together I guess. Pre menstrual, hopefully afterwards, some of this weight will come off. Or maybe that I'm a bit bloated and my clothes will fit better. Either one would be great right about now. Really do need to start adding more liquid in general to my day, especially water.
