7 miles on the dot run yesterday - would love to be thrilled about it, but still cringing thinking about it. BRUTAL! Starting to think I do not have the running gene.

Goodness gracious that's a lot of miles...I could never fathom doing that much for that long so much props to you on that. I hope you warm up to the run and warm back down after the run, not to mention some serious stretching!

Thanks gerdik :) I do stop to stretch about .5 mi in, and right after I am done, but I have little to no attention span to do much else!
