HI innercalm, Its sounds you are struggling with the same demons as me...the craving for starches, and in my case also sugars. I am trying to combat this with a vegan, glutenfree, soyfree detox, as my nutritionist recommended. I feel good and my weight went down two kilos in two weeks! That is alot for me. But its always a struggle. Some pople recommend having a cheat meal each week...maybe that works for you. BUT we will get those 8-9 kilos down before labor day! YES!
