Bad, Bad, Bad. I was not surprised to see I had gained 3 lbs. I was a rough week with poor food choices for each meal, towards the back of the week. But enough of that, ready to have a fabulous week this week, and lose everything I gained this week. I know that I can do it. Need to excercise more, and make better choices while eating out.
