I bought a scale the other day and boy is it helping. I think I was recording things incorrectly because I was estimating. I am actually adding more to my salads.
I am also trying to increase the lean proteins so I can get more calories and not add carbs.
Just help me the next few weeks. Girl Scout Cookies are coming in tomorrow and I am cookie mom. UGH!!!!!!!
