Omg! I totally love the diet calendar and tracker! This tool has enabled me to create my entire days worth of eating and stay perfectly on track... what a blessing! It has taken the guess work out of how to manipulate my foods to get the most benefits and it gives me a perfect plan to follow.. I know I will succeed using this invaluable tool! Day 2
