not feeling too confident...
I feel more confused than anything not sure this is working.

It's only Day #2 and it takes everyone a bit of time to rearrange their foods and get the hang of Atkins. Might I suggest hopping on over to the Atkins website, registering, and going through their online tutorials on at least Phase 1, Induction? It may answer a lot of your questions and give you more confidence on how you're doing going forward.

I agree with Sandy701 I learned alot from the Atkins site and the first week is hard to get used to but I know you can do it.
