today is my day-8 aerobics without fail.but my weight is still do not reduce.i don't know what to do. and yet my exam is coming next week. i am really stress.that makes me want to eat alot. can anyone help me how to manage stress yet still on the diet..pls..i really need some advices..

Hello Syana - My opinion is that you are craving chocolates because you may be starving your body. Looking at your calorie intake, I think you do not eat enough. I was told that when one starves their body of food then the body will keep whatever it has and will not let it leave. This may be why do not lose weight like you wish to. I was told a body needs at the very least 1200 calories a day. I am trying to stay around 1400 calories a day, some days I eat less and some days I eat more, but it all works well. You could eat some snacks between meals to get your metabolism working for you again and see if this may help.
