Although I did not lose any weight this week, I did not gain any weight either. Being in Montreal all week, with out any food choice options, I did pretty good. And there was also a lot of red wine available, and yes, I par-took LOL. Although I am gone all this week as well, at least I can make my own food choices.

Good for you, Janice!! I wonder what the outcome would have been, had you not been following ww? I bet it wouldn't have been a no gain, so even though you didn't lose you still watched what you ate..way to go!
