Did well on my percentages today. Probably had too many cals, but the excess was fat so I'm not that worried. I'm also doing some hard mental work, so I may need the extra cals, I don't know. I had hit 1400 by lunch! oops. I also microwaved my pepperoni, so it's not as many cals as it says. Not that it makes much difference - I made up the difference in cream cheese! My successes today, though, is that I had much smaller amounts of the sweet stuff than I normally would, and I made a special trip for planning out an appropriately fat and protein-centric dinner.
Oh, and did I mention that I feel fantastico! I feel like I could conquer the world! Which, since I'm working on big ol' final papers right now, is a great, great thing.
