I'm a graduate student who also works an office job. I like cooking and dancing but don't get much time for either.
I'm ideally on a primal concept food choice - no hfcs, no added sugar where possible, organic/free range/grass fed when possible, no grains other than white rice (my tummy demands this), easy on the fruit. I eat dairy. I did a n=1 experiment a couple years ago and could tell no difference when I was or wasn't eating dairy.

920 cal from fat = 102 grams fat
60/60 and the rest fat
for 1400 cal/day
SO we have a 18% protein, 17% carb, 66% fat diet within 1400 cals.
I'm going to be a fat-burning machine!
