Went to have my afternoon treat - 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream with some previously frozen mango that I put in the freezer probably 8 months ago... well my mango turned out to be butternut squash! Surprise! It was still quite good with ice cream. I wonder what happened to the mangoes though?
