I always seem to start the day very well and deteriorate once night hits. I swore off chocolate for the next month or so, but it's the same story there. I feel that if I were going into the city every day, I wouldn't have that problem -- at least then, I'd be going to the gym every so often and walking around a lot and eating pre-packaged (by me!) meals.
Oh well, every day is a new day.
