It is definitely fair to say that I have out done myself today. I am satisfied-meaning, my stomach is going to burst at the seams. Definitely disgusted with myself today, I'm out of control. I know I'm going to work it off, because I have to. It's the stress. I made it through all yesterday and this morning without fail, then came lunch and I'm a total glutten. I'm back on track tonight. Any tips for stress and PMS eating?
