Weight's the same as it was yesterday... I had been hopeful that maybe I'd lose that ".2," but I'm honestly just happy it didn't go up again. I went out to dinner with my parents last night for Chinese food. When I went to enter the calories, I found that the small portions I had eaten made a huge difference. I was fearful of adding an extra 1000+ calories with the dinner, but I had such a small plate of food, that it wasn't nearly that devastating. That just proves to me that eating regularly and incorporating a couple snacks throughout the day makes a big difference- I need less food at a time to satisfy me, so I'm not binging on things like hot braised chicken. I also upped my workout intensity a little bit today. Whereas I did an hour of yoga yesterday, I did a half hour of cardio and a half hour of stress relief yoga today. I'm really enjoying working out everyday, but it's back to student teaching tomorrow, so I hope I can keep this up!
