I'm up a pound from yesterday, but I can chalk that up to normal weight fluctuations. I did notice, in recording everything I ate yesterday, that fruit juice added nearly 300 calories to my day. I did go out to dinner and have a somewhat heavy lunch as well, but I was surprised at the difference two glasses of juice made. I started my day off lighter today, and opted for a glass of V8 (only 50 calories!) with breakfast. I also did a whole hour of yoga, because it's Saturday and I have the time. Keeping track of everything I eat and all my exercise seems to already be making a difference in my attitude. I also realized yesterday that I have only one pair of nice slacks that I can fit into. I have several pairs in the size smaller from losing weight before though. So, I think losing weight will be much cheaper than buying new slacks for student teaching. =)
