@mikaylastofberg - it should be the pink himalyan salt though not ordinary table salt - it might just be your body adjusting and an imbalance of electrolytes. But specifically a dash of pink salt

i’ve been IF for a year now & i had the same problem. What helped me was drinking zero calorie drinks during my fasting window like black coffee with no sugar & / green tea. also, small changes last. you can adjust your fasting window as you go, you don’t really have to fast for long if you’re still starting out. PLEASE do eat if your body tells you to, IF shouldn’t feel like punishment,so don’t starve yourself.

I used to get headaches when fasting breakfast. I have to eat in the morning. So now I fast supper but I only do 14:10 IF. You have to find a way that it's sustainable just like types of exercise.
