dandcphelan's Journal, 19 Jan 11

Well I'm getting a little discouraged. I've been dieting for 3 weeks now and have not seen any weight loss (pounds). I think I may have lost a few inches but would really like the scale to show at least a little. I'm not giving up though. I've been getting on the treadmill and trying to stay active throughout the day. Time will tell.

Go you! Stay positive! That's the hardest part. Just remember it didn't take 3 weeks to put on the weight so it's gonna take more than three weeks to take it all off. A horrible lesson that I'm still trying to learn.

dont get discouraged. Its easy and very temping to "fall off the wagon" when you dont see any progress, but stay encouraged. Its nice to have a group like this to talk about and encourage each other. Go for you you can do it!!!

Just keep trying, at least it's not gaining weight...always look at the positives, you are trying to make yourself more healthy it doesn't happen overnight, just keep your head up and you will reach your goal...everything happens in time. Also make sure you have a good scale, my parents scale is off by at least 2-3 pounds it just depends then my scale is within .2 pounds so it could be the scale.
