Hi, I just wanted to say thanks to all of you who have responded to my morning journal with your thoughts and suggestions. I take what each of you have said seriously. I have checked out the web sites that some of you have given me and I have come up with all different daily calorie amounts...I have my medical this coming Thursday and will ask my doctor, perhaps she can shed some light on this for me. I know for myself if I go too high I will gain and if I go to low then it will still be not good, so perhaps I should go in between. I enjoy eating a vegetarian plan but I do eat meat on the weekends. I feel better when I don't consume meat. In today's world they put so much crap in the meat we eat, no wonder children are growing at a rapid race... I am always looking for new, easy to make and interesting recipes that are meat free. Again thanks to all of you.
