I am really happy right now with the way things are going. i should be on track to loose the other 2.5lbs by Tuesday...fingers crossed. i am still doing the 60 minutes on the treadmill in the evening but i have increased the mph. i even jogged at 4.5mph for 5 minutes last night and did a fast paced walk at 4.0mph for 15 minutes. i can def tell i am getting stronger and i love that! if anything its worth everything just to get healthier. hey, i don't huff and puff when i go up and down the stairs at work anymore...hallelujah!!!!!!!!! i think i'll pass the asthma test on Friday too! this experience has been awesome so far even though i felt like i was gonna fall over at some points. :-)
