Okay, so I've been slacking for the past few months. I stopped recording my daily activity and keeping a food journal. Worse than that, I stopped watching what I was eating. I started slipping back into some bad eating habits and stopped working out. Now I could say it was because I've been just too darned busy but, truthfully, I just got lazy. The good news is my weight hasn't gone up any but it hasn't gone down any either.

Anyway, when I first started this venture, my goal was to lose all the weight I needed to by my next birthday...the big five-O, which is fast approaching! Well, I have until March 23 to accomplish this goal and come hell or high water, I plan to do it!
