Resep :
.Quaker Oat Instant (Merah) 335 gram
.Cocoa Powder 15 gram
.Stevia 2 sachet (mau lebih manis tambahin aja)
.Margarin (aku pake royal palmia) 120 gram
.Kismis 50 gram
.Choco Chips 1 sachet (30gram)
.Air secukupnya
Cara Bikin :
.Campurkan oat, cocoa powder, stevia
.Lelehkan margarine, tuangkan ke adonan oat, aduk
.Tambahkan air secukupnya sampe adonan cookies bisa dibentuk
.Campurkan kismis dan choco chip
.Bulatkan adonan sebesar bakso kecil, gepengkan dan tata di loyang yang sudah diolesi margarin
.Oven sampai crispy (tekstur dalamnya jika digigit memang chewyyy)
Silahkan disesuaikan porsinya, segitu saya jadi 40 cookies, 60 kalori per cookiesnya
