january 29, 2021 wt 148.6. Blood sugar 112. Possibly on my way down. Not eating until blood sugar is under 100 is a good way for me. Goal for February 144. Blood pressure 114/73. Trying to be more active. Only six hours sleep last night but 9 the night before. Took one melatonin gel last night.
